SLOVENIA: New Law to regulate investigators

A new bill on private detectives was passed in the Slovenian Parliament with 52 votes for, and none against at the end of October.

The bill defines the types of activities detectives can carry out, security clearance, greater oversight, and a set of records detectives can access to get information.

It also restricts dynamic monitoring of persons, or tailing.
